Once the site has traffic (in the form of new visitors) I direct all the phone calls and leads from that website to the business owner. No sharing or selling of leads. These leads are exclusive to the businesses I partner with for lead generation.

So, what’s the catch? I get paid a percentage of all CLOSED sales from leads generated through my marketing efforts.
